A traditional Japanese object used primarily for smoking opium between the 18th and early 20th centuries. This set comprises a reptile-skin purse with an ivory clasp, accompanied by a cloisonné sphere. The pipe case is crafted from cane and alpaca silver. Finally, the pipe itself is made of bronze.
