This alliance is based on a relationship of trust, professionalism and long-term collaboration, seeking to generate mutual value: preferential access for the professional, and organic recommendations in both directions.

• Permanent 15% discount on the General Catalog, and on all our collections (furniture, decoration, rugs, etc.), valid for both in-store and online purchases.
• Clear and advance communication regarding conditions, exclusions, or modifications to the benefit.
• Personalized advice regarding parts, availability, history, materials and characteristics, when necessary for specific projects.
• Inclusion of the professional or studio in the collaborators / alliances section of the website, with a brief presentation and link to their official channels (if applicable).
• Maintaining a professional, respectful and transparent relationship throughout the term of the agreement.

The professional enrolled in this program agrees to:

• Deliver a set of photos of the purchased piece , placed in the context of the decoration project you are carrying out, to be used by Bucharest Art on its website, social media and other dissemination spaces.
• Recommend and mention Bucharest Art & Antiques to your clients when our pieces are suggested or used in decoration or interior design projects.
  
• Properly attribute Bucharest as the supplier when publicly communicating projects that use our pieces (website, social media, press, etc.), whenever appropriate.
  
• Maintain a consistent and respectful brand image , avoiding associations that could harm its reputation.
  
• Report, when possible, on relevant projects or outstanding publications in which pieces acquired through this program participate.

Both parties authorize the use of their trade name, logo and images solely for purposes related to this alliance, such as:

• Communicating the collaboration on websites and social networks.
  
• Editorial, digital or promotional material related to joint projects.
  

Neither party may make improper, confusing or deceptive use of the other's trademark without prior authorization.

This program does not constitute an employment relationship, partnership, or legal representation between the parties.
Each entity maintains its administrative, financial, and professional independence.

• The agreement will have an initial term of XX months from the date of incorporation of the collaborator.
• Either party may terminate the alliance by notifying the other at least 30 calendar days in advance , without needing to justify the decision.
• Any modification must be reported to and accepted by both parties, ideally in writing.

This loyalty program constitutes a commercial agreement based on good faith, transparency, and professional collaboration. By requesting to join, the Collaborator declares having read and understood these conditions and agrees to participate under the guidelines described herein.

The alliance is flexible and can be adjusted over time according to the experience and needs of both parties.
