Large Tekke Bokhara rug, of Pakistani origin, made of handwoven wool. This type of traditional rug is highly valued for its rich history, Created by the nomadic tribes of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, it is recognized for its fine geometric designs, dominated by repeated rows of an octagonal motif known as "gul" (flower in Persian), surrounded by geometric patterns. Its colors, moreover, come from natural dyes in shades of dark red, ranging from crimson to purple and terracotta.
