Beautiful Chinese lacquered wooden table from the early 20th century. The table features a design of bone figures depicting people and buildings, weathered by time. It has a drawer with a restored lock and a drop-leaf mechanism that extends its surface. This is a restored piece, as evidenced by the faint, gilded designs, typical of Chinese furniture with French influence. These designs are more clearly visible on the legs, adding character and reflecting the piece's age and use.
Dimensions: Closed 59 cm wide x 51 cm deep x 72 cm high and Extended 103 cm wide x 51 cm deep x 72 cm high.
Condition: Shows signs of wear consistent with its age. Drawer and folding mechanisms in good condition. It has undergone a subsequent restoration.
