A beautiful 19th-century French Bayeoux porcelain vase with exquisite hand-painted chinoiserie-inspired decorations in blue, green, pink, and orange. One side depicts a scene of two men kneeling in a garden, suggesting a hierarchical or respectful relationship, surrounded by floral motifs. The other side features a dragon intertwined with more floral designs. The piece also has the distinctive gilt handles characteristic of the Bayeoux style, known as "deadwood."
Dimensions: 26 x 19 x 41 cm high.
Condition: In good condition. The handles show wear on their enamel.
