Two-color silkscreen by the prominent Chilean printmaker Guillermo Frommer, trained at the prestigious Tamarind Institute in New Mexico. Created for the commemorative folder of the International Symposium on Human Rights, it depicts Article 3. Issue 216 of 220.

Technique: Screen printing.

Year: 1978

Frame measurements: 72 x 56 cm height.

Work measurements: 51 x 34 cm height.

Condition: The work is in excellent condition. Frame shows slight signs of age, mount rusted.
