Impressive pewter figure of French origin, mounted on a base of the same material. The sculpture represents a soldier from the 17th-century Spanish Tercios, with his distinctive breastplate, shield, sword, and helmet. It is full of relief details that give the piece incredible texture. The sculpture was once a lamp, as the torch has a socket for a light bulb, and a piece of copper wire remains at its base.
Dimensions: 20 x 20 x 68 cm high.
