Destacado pintor Chileno del siglo XX reconocido por sus paisajes rurales, urbanos y marinos. Además de retratos coloridos caracterizándose por pinceladas cortas y formatos pequeños. Su Talento se vio reflejado tanto en óleo como en acuarela.
Fue profesor de pintura y más adelante fue seleccionado como Comisario General de Exposiciones del Instituto de Extensión de la Universidad de Chile quedando a cargo de las exposiciones nacionales como en el extranjero, lo que le permitió viajar y conocer distintas realidades.
